^‡SKYRIZI Express Start Program Terms and Conditions: For patients whose healthcare providers identify a clinical urgent need to begin treatment, the SKYRIZI^® (risankizumab-rzaa) Express Start program provides the first month of SKYRIZI induction therapy at no cost to new commercially insured patients in the U.S., including Puerto Rico, who have a valid prescription for SKYRIZI for an FDA-approved indication and are enrolled in SKYRIZI Complete. The program is not available to patients receiving prescription reimbursement in whole or in part under Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal-, state-, or government-funded healthcare programs. The program is intended solely to allow patients not currently taking SKYRIZI to access their prescribed treatment quickly due to urgent clinical need. There is no obligation to continue use of SKYRIZI after the program has concluded, and this program does not guarantee insurance coverage. Participating patients are limited to one 1-month supply of SKYRIZI induction therapy, which will be dispensed only through an AbbVie-authorized pharmacy directly to the infusion center (for SKYRIZI intravenous therapy patients) or to the patient’s home address (for SKYRIZI subcutaneous therapy patients) and may not be sold or further distributed. No claims for payment may be submitted to any third party for product dispensed through the program. AbbVie reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time without notice. The program is not health insurance and is not a discount, coupon, rebate, or financial assistance program. Additional limitations may apply.

This co-pay assistance program is not available to patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded insurance programs (for example, Medicare [including Part D], Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Medicaid, TRICARE, Department of Defense, or Veterans Affairs programs) or where prohibited by law.
